Ordered pizza online and when I got it, it looked like it was thrown about like a frisbee. Also I wanted the pizza to be cut into squares. They cut it into slices and then cut it into squares. Had to get a fresh one Not Cool 😠

Very disappointed. I order at 6 pm and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive at 6:25 and park in carry out bc that’s how I ordered. I call and tell them I’ve arrived and she says it’s not ready. I called again at 6:50 because what the hell is taking so long I ordered at 6? She says it’s not ready she doesn’t see my order. My order is being brought out at 7pm.. I check everything.. barely warm. I ordered delivery in Ohio and it got there in 30 minutes steaming hot. This is disappointing and I had to microwave everything so I wasn’t eating cold pizza and wings. I love my life. Thanks Pizza Hut! You’re the bomb!!!!!

The best pizza hut. They have high company standards. We come from Salisbury just to eat here. The quality of the product is excellent. Great job guys. Hannah was an awesome server and did a great job. Very attentive to our needs and we were blown away with her great service. Hannah was very professional and handled a busy dinning room full of customers. Keep up the good job everyone. Class act place to enjoy pizza. Taco pizza with beef was the bomb on thin crust. We are more than pleased with this Pizza Hut.

The reason I gave a 1 star is because the food was not cooked thoroughly. It wasn't the norm I'm use to! The driver was polite and courteous, and before time. Which was great considering I had a 30to45min wait, but I guess he was because the food wasn't cooked properly! Now I'm in the kitchen making a meal I didn't feel like making in the first place today, for my family. I just wanted to relax. It's been along week, but that's out the window, and my 💵 as well! We all have bad days, but I would of rather had a little over cooked then under. Ijs.....
