Nothing. That is what your paid time and UPT is for. A doctor's note means nothing to Amazon unless it is part of some type of leave you have filed for.

I would call the L.O.A.(leave of absence) team..number should b on the badge tht has all the call listings..and c if u can take a personal leave of absence...u might hav to use time for the day u left though.
They will still take your unpaid time. Depending on your supervisor a doctors exuse may work.
