I'm not sure about any particular store but "black Friday" sales are usually limited to items"on hand/in stock" It should be in the "fine print" located with any advertisement wether in print or digital.

No they do not. Any sale items, or non sale items, are available on a first come first serve basis. Once out of stock, items may or may not be reordered. But they offer no guarantee that the price will be the same as it was on any prior date. Including black Friday. What you might try, is using their In-Store Pickup Reservation system online. But it will be subject to availability. And there are old reports, around 2011, of reserved items being sold, even when reserved. Ive used it several times without issue. But then, it wasnt black Friday.
