If you have a warranty on the laptop either manufacturer or extended they should be able to replace it, otherwise they have a repair shop.

Yes. The real question is in or out of warranty. They have a very qualified bench team.
I've had great luck with their repairs, though they are kind of expensive, but they do the repair right. I'm willing to pay if it means the problem is gone and they always get me fixed up.
