Does odot and dot approve of using residential road marked "No Trucks" (East End of Todhunter Rd) as a route for their trucks? (truck just passed at 1:21 pm today). This is a regular occurrence.

Those trucks supply heat oil to almost every house on that road along with the Duke plant and construction. Also thier company is on Todhunter.

I think their more strict on 18 wheelers more so than small tanker trucks.
