I’ve had oil delivered for years with these people. Suddenly they have changed likely with the new ownership. The current offer from them is to have a delivery day with no time expected and if they wait just a few minutes, the truck leaves. Their driver Steve brought some common sense to the problem and helped. The manager called me and was genuinely concerned. They are in a transition time. I hope they are successful.

we requested for them to come every 6 weeks and always come in a timely manner, quiet and in and out. I have no complaints. they even put the bill on the door. also we never need much fuel and never meet their requirements and they still show up. thank you guys for keeping up with our heat !

The organization is awful at communicating, with each other and the customer. Either they dont take payment when authorized or they take full payment when you were on a plan. It's very frustrating when you aren't sure how they will handle your needs. 2 stars because at least the delivery people get in and out with no problem

So for the record I'm not happy at the moment I just bought my house a few months ago and it has a oil furnace and I no nothing about oil furnace's or where to get the oil so I did a google search and lykins was the first to come up on the search I call and spoke to a nice young lady by the name of McKenzie about a month ago I called to ask about prices on oil and she was able to help me out with that she also let me know about the services that lykin offers like inspections of my tank and I was happy with the info. But yesterday I called and spoke to a young man about becoming a customer for the first time and he went ahead and signed me up and told me that I will be getting oil in the morning around 9 am I said thank you and hung up the phone. Well 9am came and went and nothing so I waited til 12 noon and called and I spoke to McKenzie again which was great and she told me that I'm still on order for my oil today and I said thank you and hung up the phone. And now its past 4pm and NO oil. I called back and again McKenzie answered and I asked about the oil she let me know that there was an issue and apologized several times and I told her that it's ok but me being a first time customer I should of been first in line this morning to get oil. And she apologized again I wasnt rude but I did said that this makes me not want to be a recurring customer she again apologized for the issues and now the driver should be leaving soon to bring oil to me and another customer . McKenzie did a great job with handling me as a customer and should be employee of the month or a raise but I dont I am not happy with everything else
