Unfortunately, we are based on appointment only services due to a growing demand. We understand emergencies happen and try to squeeze them in to the best of our ability, but we typically can not get work done right away when a walk in shows up due to technicians working on appointment vehicles. We are more than happy to squeeze vehicles in if they can be left with us for time needed, but we can not pull technicians off of current jobs. Thank you for understanding.
Well from Missouri and need to get home. Cottman transmission, Jerry was kind and put it on the lift. He found no loose under the car. The dealer only offer to work us in during the day if left the car and that was for diagnostic only not repair.
