ID, birth certificate (not a copy), and 2 pieces of mail with your name on it. As Wyvon said, yes you will have to take all the tests they had mentioned. Bring your glasses if you wear them when you drive. Lastly, have a licensed driver drive the car you will be using for the skills test with the Mo State Highway Patrol!
You will have to take written, road sign, vision and skills(driving) test. Bring id and birth certificate
