Im a volunteer here and I would suggest arriving at the very least 15 min ahead of show time. 30 min would be perfect!
Arrival times differ for everyone, however, we recommend getting here at least 30 mins prior to showtime just to ensure you don't hit any traffic or parking snags that may delay your entrance into the performance. Lobby entrances will always open a minimum of 2 hours prior to show time. Seating in the theatres begins 30 minutes before showtime. The Box Office is open a minimum of one hour prior to showtime, until 30 minutes past the day's final curtain. Latecomers will be seated by the discretion of the House Manager, per each individual artist's contract. In addition, our bar concessionaire and Art Gallery exhibitions are typically open prior to most performances held in our main Performance Hall.
Also consider the time of day and other events going on as you consider how much time to find parking and walk in from parking. I've gotten spots 50 yards from the doors as i drove up and I've circled the area and walked 3 blocks from the closest, legal spot i found.
