The owner has stated in replies to other reviews that Narconon is not affiliated with the Church of Scientology in any way, but this is simply false. The Narconon organization is owned by the Association for Better Living and Education, which is a non-profit established by the Church of Scientology in 1988. The C of S even openly says on their website that they still sponsor ABLE. Recovering addicts in a vulnerable place in life deserve honesty and transparency. Do you really want to spend thousands of dollars at a place that so openly lies in their responses to Google reviews?

The last five years of my life had been a constant battle between living and numbing. While I was looking for a treatment, I knew I wanted a place that was a dual diagnosis--to help treat the addiction alongside with the mental challenges. I told my family about what kind of center I wanted and I had made the decision to not be put on prescriptions to help and the only way I was going to treatment was if they were a no-med facility. My dad was the one who found Narconon and called Jason about me. Narconon staff had took me in at my lowest of lows and began helping me through this journey. I didn't think I'd make it through this program without the help of the staff, they saw greatness in me and encouraged me the entire program to stick with it and see it through. Now, I'm not going to say it wasn't rough, because it was--getting treatment is never easy but with the help of the staff, it was easier to get through than doing it by myself. Throughout my program, I learned a lot. Not just about myself but about life in general and it was eye opening for me. If I hadn't given this center a chance to help me become the best version of me, I wouldn't be 6 ½ months sober and still going strong. I have to thank the staff, especially Kay, who never gave up on and allowed me to change into the person I want to be. I couldn't have done it without their help.

This program saved my brother-in-law’s life. At 70+years old, after a long life of alcoholism that nearly killed him and ruined his life in many ways, he is a new person. According to him Scientology was never brought up and not a part of this treatment at all. They use Cognitive Behavior therapy, which is common practice among many effective therapists. After seeing his changed life, we convinced my granddaughter to go there. She is half way through the program. She has had her difficult days there, but is making great progress and sees her need for help. I see her life changing as well. I highly recommend this place!

I went in to Narcanon in November 2021. I had pending criminal charges (which were reduced after completing the program) I had lost my kids, my home and my hope. The staff welcomed me with open arms. Not once did I feel judged or mistreated. All the staff have not only done the program but have also experienced addiction themselves. To say they understand is an understatement. I successfully graduated in early February and am doing great and even staying involved with the program. If you want to change your life. I mean REALLY change your life. This is the place to do it.

Unfortunately, Medicaid does not cover our program, due to current federal laws Medicaid will only cover programs with 16 beds or less. If you are in need of a program that works with Medicaid the best thing to do would be to call Medicaid directly and they should be able to give you a list of facilities they work with. We would also recommend contacting your state representative and asking them to support The Road to Recovery Act which would help make residential addiction treatment more accessible to those with Medicaid that need it.
Unfortunately Medicare does not cover our program. If you are in need of a program that Medicare will work with I would suggest calling Medicare directly and asking for a list of facilities that they work with. This will help save you time during your search, due to current federal regulations they are only able to work with certain programs. We do have cash financing options available at our facility which one of our intake counselors would be able to go over with you if you would like.
We do accept people with tramatic brain injuries but it depends on the level of the severity. I would suggest speaking with one of our admissions counselors so we can understand the extent and effects of the TBI this way we can determine if our program would be a good fit for the person.
Hello Rocky, Thank you for taking an interest in our program! We would be more than happy to discuss our financing options with you in person or over the phone. Please give us a call at (970)484-2023 and ask to speak with one of our intake counselors when you have the time.
Yeah I'm pretty sure Narconon accepts anyone who's willing to change their life.
They take insurance, so it depends on your out of pocket maximum. Call them and they will call your insurance company for you. Kyle is very helpful.
The total out of pocket program cost varies depending on an individual's health insurance plan. Our program is on average 2.5-3.5 months long so we do not have a monthly rate. If you would like to learn more about our program costs please feel free to call one of our intake counselors at (970)484-2023.
Hi Bianca, The totaly out of pocket cost for our program is dependant on a person's health insurance benefits. For people who do not have health insurance we have cash financing options available. If you would like to learn more about the cost please feel free to give us a call at (970)484-2023 and ask to speak with one of our intake counselors who will be able to go over everything with you.
