Thank you for your question! We have looked into that option before and are continuing to explore options to better monitor mulch on site. Mulch is also offered at the Gardens on Spring Creek, and we work with Forestry to try to keep the bins filled as much as possible.
It is unlikely, but we try to monitor it frequently to make sure it is well stocked. If you ever notice it empty, feel free to call the Forestry or Parks department and we will fill it as soon as we can.
