Alexia, I really don't know how young you can be to work there... But I will tell you this: it is a wonderful, rewarding job! It takes training, a good work ethic, and a lot of love and care for our seniors. I suggest you go visit Home Instead and ask, I am sure they will give you the information you need.
Hi Alexia. We typically hire 21 and over but I do make exceptions for those with valuable experience. Kerry very eloquently worded what qualities we are looking for when we are adding to our awesome team of over 120 caregivers!
