You can sell the trailer yourself now. Previous owners before Kingsley would not allow it so that they could get commission when it sold.
I think people should read the lease before signing anything! This park sucks and I can't wait to get out!
I have heard of it happening alot there on the purchase of a trailer and on the sales. The park buys the trailers & resells them. I don't think you are allowed to sell your trailer yourself so the management buys it.
