Its sounding like it has to be activation lock and I think they charge 150 for them to send it back to apple for 2 weeks and then it will be cleared. But it's not cheap. These guys are legit tho and guarentee there work!! They do too notch work and the guys at the shop can answer your questions when you visit the shop. If phone is stolen or reported lost then there may be a problem!! Just fair warning
