Yes, the museum is open on Memorial Day. We are open every day of the year except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

Yes. Normal hours. I believe they only close like 3 to 4 days out of the year. This is as of 2019. Called and verified they are open on Memorial Day!
