Small museum (only one room located on the ground floor) that houses temporary exhibitions dedicated to design. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and access is free.

What is Design and how do you define it? I was truly disappointed, firstly because we came two times during opening hours and it was closed with no further notice, but secondly because this museum doesn’t have anything in common with design. It is an okey conceptual art gallery, but there was nothing about design. The gallery is very chaotic the works dont have labels, there is only guard which doesn’t know anything about the gallery or other art places. Well, it is free, so if you have nothing to do, it is okey, but if you are looking for design , you can definitely skip this place.

Very small but very nice. Makes a great stop if you are headed to millennium park or anywhere else in the area.

Went during 'open' hours', and nothing in the 'interactive' exhibit worked. iPads were dead, monitors off, tapeplayers, record player, amd everything in between not working. Absolute waste of our time.
