I don’t understand why the restaurant in the membership lounge are closed. In the same time the gift stores are open

To restrict more people in a closed space probably. People will spend more time sitting and chatting at a restaurant which will eventually lead to increase in number of people waiting outside to access it. People generally enter the gift shop and leave quickly. Maybe this is the reason
