What should first time visitor expect

I think 1st time visitors should be aware that they will be nude in the shower area.

It's a little overwhelming because so many things going on for 1st time take your time. Expect to be nude if you want to be in steam room, pools, and if you decide to get bodyscrub. They get every inch of your body lol by the way only women in this room.. I highly recommend the marigold treatment I love it. Once you are in the coed area you have many things to do. I don't like to be barefoot and they selll these socks that are really cute for $5. Enjoy
