This is wrong! I never gave a review, not a positive one at that!. I bought a wig, when it arrived I realised it was the wrong color, I tried calling several times to find out how to do an exchange but the number was wrong. I went to the website and sent two emails (through "contact us" and never got a response. Now this, thanking me for my review. What review?

They sent me proud I did not order and there was no way to get in contact with them. No one responds to the bogus email.

Good morning, I put a order on 04/29/202, I have not received my order yet. Y'all did not give me a confirmation email either. When are you going to ship to off my hair? I don't want to wait 5 weeks for my package, just give me my refund. Thank you

It takes 3 processing days and then it all depends on the shipping method you used. I've used them before and the products are amazing. They might take awhile and they don't always answer. But it is worth the wait
