If you want to enjoy the pools, then you have to resolve yourself to being naked. It is intimidating in theory, but once you get there, you'll realize it's not a supermodel convention and probably get over it. Or you can just put on the spa outfit and run out of the locker room. But the pools are so relaxing and worth getting over your inhibitions for.

Yes, you have to be completely naked in the same gender area. Not even flip flops area allowed . If you don't feel comfortable being naked around strangers then you shouldn't visit the spa.
