You must be nude in the wet spas + sauna, which are separated by gender. You are clothed in the dry saunas which are co-ed. You can skip the wet spas if nudity isn't your thing
Abandon your shyness/body issues and just go. No one is looking at you. Seriously, no one cares.
You have to be nude for the spa pools and sauna. It's same sex and not as weird as you'd think. There is plenty to experience without using the wet rooms if being nude is uncomfortable.
Yes nudity is required in the pool areas, but if that makes you uncomfortable you can just stick to the healing rooms/dry saunas.
Yes nudity is required but it was really no big deal-and I feared it so! There are all body types in there and no one is judging, was really nice.
