Do you have entrance ticket free any day and time

It is ALWAYS free to "visit" but NEVER free to enter (for the public).

There are non free tickets..but you can get discounted tickets for $17-18

There are not any free days, but you can buy a city pass that includes (5?) other attractions at a reduced rate. I couldn't find any discount tickets for just the tower.
