Not including wait times for lines, usually 5-10 minutes at the top. Depending on what time and day you go greatly changes wait times.
Well, i think that will vary depending on circumstances... If it is clear, you will be fascinated with all of the details you can see. Also, the Ledge is awesome and we ventured out on the ledge a couple of times. We were there when it wasn't busy so we had the opportunity look at everything. All in all I think we were there for an hour to hour and a half.
Around 2hrs . We were not trying to rush it, we really enjoyed it!
With the fast pass we were in and out in about an hour, but we're didn't do any gift shopping.
I believe they open at 9 a. M., but as long as you're there before 9:30 p. M., you can stay I believe until 10:00 or 10:30 p. M., we spent at least 1 hour and 20 minutes.

It takes a lot of time to reach to top floor due to security checks. There is nothing much to do except taking pics and moving around so typically people spend 30 to 40 mins on average. There are some gift shops too so it may add up to the total time spent there.
