I am looking for a helpful, friendly homemaker that likes working with a disabled, senior male. Is this a good company to hire ? Are their employees trained,verified and reliable?

Yes. The employees are trained for 3 days and have trainings every quarter.. Very awesome company. My mom homemaker been with her for 5yrs. Reliable ppl and good supervisor

I'm not sure about that. My Mom goes to their facility for day care. She's there from 9am until 4pm. You should call them to get specifics on in home services.
