I’m so upset with the theater. So yesterday was my wife’s 40th birthday and I bought tickets to “the play that goes all wrong” and the actors got Covid 4 days prior to my event. It’s not the fact they got sick. I’m upset bc the theater and director didn’t inform us the play was canceled until 30 mins before show time. I paid 117.00 dollars apiece for our tickets which will not be refunded for 45 days and booked 2 nights at the Hyatt bc the main present was this play… We have 5 kids and never get to go out as a couple anymore and her birthday was ruined…. Why couldn’t you let ticket holders know this play was canceled and why did you sell me tickets knowing your actors weren’t performed?!?!

Once before pandemic I saw play there and it was decent. Got out recently to see show “play that goes wrong”. When we got tickets, at no place on Ticketmaster it was indicated that one needs wear masks in there. I would not go. They forced masks on ppl, in very rude way, I had videotaped them kicking guy out bcuz he did not want to wear mask . That speaking , their attitude deserves civil law suite. They said they willing to give money back, but then when I had requested , they suggested to call broadway in chicago…. Play was absolutely horrible too, the most retarded production I remember in last 20 years. Passing video to lawyer to go after those crazies. They should go out of business
