If I could give negative stars I would! I ordered a chicken bowl keep in mind I live 2 mins away,when I got home my food was COLD. I took a bite or 2 and threw it in trash because I was afraid to get food poisoning! I got my queso on side, it was room temperature. Nasty! There is dripped food in all containers behind the glass, the containers looking taste like they been sitting in there for hours not being kept hot. Trash overflow near the drink fountain. I'm surprised no one has called the board of health on this location. If there is a manager in there, fire them because clearly they are delusional. Shame on these people serving food like that. Last time for me.

Worst Chipotle ever. Every time I come to this location it’s a horrible experience. Today I waited in line for 30 minutes, just to get to order and be told that they were out of ALL meat and that it would be 15 minutes for chicken, 30 minutes for steak. This was at 7pm, 3 hours before the store closes and they were already out of all meat with no one making any back ups until their bins were completely empty. Finally, the chicken (not what either bowl was originally going to have but I could not longer wait having it already had been 45 minutes) was ready and I got to order two bowls to-go. Don’t expect there to ever be any fajita veggies past 4pm at this location. There wasn’t any jalapeno corn either…or chips (once again, never past 4pm)…or salad dressing…or bags to carry your order out in. I’m not sure who is the manager at this location but they are not doing this store any justice at all. Not even sure if there’s ever a manager on duty. Majority of the employees don’t know how to do their jobs properly, treat you like you are an inconvenience for being there & couldn’t care less about providing even mediocre service. I have worked in the restaurant industry since I was 17 so I do tend to give people in the food industry the benefit of the doubt as I know how rough things can be but I am left in shock every time I come here. I am disappointed by this location time and time again but always return because I do enjoy the food. After this experience, I don’t think I will be returning again after being a customer for years.

The worst ever ran out of food while I was waiting in line for over 15 min. All of the serving bins were empty. This has been an on going issue with this location. Very poor Management.
