Trains run about every 7 minutes during rush hour. There are vending machines where you purchase your ticket. A CTA employee can help you with that

Yep! You can get CTA tickets at any station. You can also download the Ventra app and buy fares on it before getting to a station.

There isn't one at this station, but you can store luggage at Union Station nearby

Take the Union Pacific Metra Train - Northwest Line. No horses are allowed on the train.
