Not bad, they don't have an accessible entrance for wheelchairs or the handicapped, that's the only issue.
Not Applicable
It’s just like Harlem or Austin. Take the secret entrance for the best results.

Unity temple is very close, walking distance, the house and studio not so close though
No official parking lot, but there is street parking. The overnight street parking does have a cost. If you goto oakpark.ppprk.com/park/ You can set up your parking pass so you avoid getting a ticket. You get three free passes a month. After that you have to pay a few bucks per pass. Lastly you have to check street signs. As you need permits to park certain streets. For example you cannot use the parking pass on Harrison street, as that's permit only after 9pm. (ends at 10am)
