Yes. Yes u can.

Yes. We have done it several years. One time we got to shooed off the lawn because the wedding was taking photos, but that was about the worst of it.

Yes. It's a public area you can have tents, grills, tables or whatever you need to have a great day at the beach

People Sometime Do This...BUT THE BEST THING TO DO IS To CHECK With THE OFFICE WITHIN THE CENTER....
