If you just got an email saying application is being reviewed what are my chances it will be ? Lol I need it bad and fingers crossed but I don’t want to get my hopes up
I still haven’t heard anything from them and it’s now the 30th of November. What is going on?
I too rcvd the email 11/3 stating they are still reviewing my ap. My landlord hasn't rcvd anything either. Website says now email will go out this week. Good luck everyone. I know i need luck right now.
Has anyone received a approved email my last update was nov2 saying being reviewed from 10th -20th
Keep checking your emails daily they had a glitch on the 20th so alot of approvals or denied letters didn't go out if your denied it will say denied. If you approved it will say Congratulations your tenant has been approved. There is a form on the website that gives you all the answers to your questions. They did state they are still working on sending funds out even though it is closed. I recieved 8 emails stating the application was being reviewed. Believe me its not just people in Chicago its all of Illinois. Please read the form provided on the website it does help.

You wouldn't receive the money on the 20th. But a noticeable via email. Appears they are still working on approvals.

You and your landlord would get an email update. Telling you if u r approved and when the money would b in ur landlord account in like middle November
I receive a email 2 days ago saying i was approved. I figured i didnt get it and gave up looking for emails i just happened to come across this thinking another scam but its the right one.
