That's just how they are ive been there and been seen right away with am appointment, then there's been times I waited hours, literally hours. It depends on how busy they are.

My initial appt was scheduled, & @ my arrival, I went inside for paperwork via their kiosk. After completion, I had to return to my car for the 2 swab COVID test. It was almost an hour before they called me to come in. After that, I was put in a room almost immediately. I've been dealing with dizziness for a couple of months, so my ability to walk has been hindered greatly. They took their time with me & assisted me to my room & bathroom. So, the slowness was all on me.😂 They had no complaints!😍 I had to return yesterday at 3, also scheduled. They had a lot of patients, so, I wasn't seen until after 4. But I'm patient & it made it much more easier to be patient because of the care I've received. I was out by 4:30. They aren't allowing the waiting room to be really utilized unless necessary. I also have a telehealth appt scheduled for Sunday to check my progress. So, that's an option, too. They're worth waiting for.

To my knowledge, you need to make an appointment at this time, so minimal wait time.

It depends on what you are going in for. It can 30 minutes to 3 hrs.
