The dr asked for notes from my drs they I was ok to work as a crooning guard. She told the person that I could do the job but I could only do it if I sat down. My drs never said I had to set down to do the job. I would never come back there again.

Went for a mask fitting. Forgot to ask for my driver's license back, and now they lost it. The mistake was committed by a trainee so that gives her a Mulligan. However, the employee I spoke with on the phone could not be ruder if she tried. She was very condescending, and unsympathetic to my problem. She even blurted out that it's probably in my pockets. If she thinks customer service doesn't matter, she should rethink that. The manager followed up with me, and she was fabulous. She actually knows how to manage situations. I doubt my license will be found, but she made a solid effort unlike the employee I spoke with over the phone. That woman had no desire to help me, and wanted to get off the phone asap. She obviously does not care about your customers, and that is a reflectIon of your company. Remember that. Richard Lee

They called me because they lost my sample. They told me they would look for it in the trash. Not sure why they called me before even looking for it. They claimed to have found it. Seems very unorganized. Staff was friendly but I would not recommend.
