Depends on what you want to sell some things are not allowed just talk to the person at the gate but mainly you just pay the daily fee for a spot an just sell your merchandise

U can ANYTHING! Some of them will let u get it r cheap if u doesn't have all the 💰. I go there 2 relax. U meet lots
You just go in and talk to them it's different prices for inside and outside but very reasonable
