I know they will not put items into a car because they don't want to be blamed for any damage. So, if you have it where they can just pick up and take inside it should be fine. They have a dock worker at the back who can help. If it has a lot of value you might let a manager up front know first so it ends in the store not the dock worker's car. Just a rumour I've heard since I go there a lot.
If you are talking about donations I don't know but it seems like someone working there should help you
