I got charged 7 dollars for papers that are usually twenty to fifty cents. I asked the guy he was of no help whatsoever and the email confirmation never came thru to my email so I’m really irritated cause I’m poor.

They want to charge $2.75 for printing a piece of paper. They printed it and I walked out.

Very rude counter rep, always seems to have an attitude, if I can give a zero I would, had 2 bad experience with shenice , hopefully management will do a better job with the counter reps , just very frustrating when you trying to mail a prepaid item , and the customer experience was terrible

I jwent to Kinkos to scan one sheet of paper. I emailed the file to myself. Once I was done, the screen showed a charge of about $0.50. Later, I got an email from my bank telling me that Kinkos had charged me $10.00. Is this a temporary charge?
