Is there a way to get to the visitors center without driving your personal vehicle in if you are coming from the East Entrance in Mid June time fram?

All public transportation is through the south entrance in Springdale.

No there is not, sorry..I came from the east everyday three weeks ago and had to drive in early, no later than 9 to get a spot by the visitors center
