We just stayed at this beautiful property for 3 nights. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. They also have a large grill outside for you to use and we cooked hamburgers one night. We will be back.

This two-story hotel is beautifully decorated with spacious rooms and a lovely outdoor area with plenty of places to sit near the pool and hot tub and enjoy incredible mountainous views. There are also two covered patio areas on the second floor. It doesn't feel like your typical Hampton Inn (I believe it was originally from a different hotel chain), but it still has all the amenities — including their trademark complimentary breakfast and super-comfy beds. Healthy snacks and water infused with citrus fruit near the lobby are a nice touch. Centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores, and gift shops. The shuttle stop is right at the entrance, but if you're there off-season like we were in March, you'll have to walk nearly a mile to get to the park entrance (Zion parking is small and limited). Our only complaint was the thin wall to the connecting room had a very loud family next door. This hotel sells out well in advance, so book early. Special thanks to the staff for finding and mailing my husband's prescription sunglasses back to us! Again, a terrific stay. We can't wait to return.

This hotel was so adorable. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The breakfast was delicious and they even put out snacks in plastic bags for people to take on their Zion hikes or car rides. The staff was so friendly and hospitable. Kia at the front desk offered to take our photo by the tree and gave us great advice for things to do during our trip. We'd definitely stay here again! :)

Great stay at Hampton Inn & Suites outside of Zion over Thanksgiving weekend! We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff right away. Our room was clean and comfortable. The views at the property are amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days in the park. The laundry facilities were nice & easy to use. Great location if you're exploring Zion! We had our dog and she had plenty of grassy areas to walk around which we found was a little rare in Utah. Overall great stay!
