It's a great location about a one minute walk from the shuttle to the park, but thats all it has going for it. We expect a lot nicer for the price they charge. The breakfast is the grossest frozen breakfast burrito I've ever had. You take the bag to your room and heat it in the microwave. My wife couldn't blow dry her hair because the hairdryer didn't work and they said there was no maintenance man to replace it until the day after we were checking out. There's a pool and hot tub outside. It was suppose to be open, but it was full of leaves and green stuff so nobody used it.

Positive: The location was great. Friendly shuttle to and from Zion. A lot of restaurants in walking distance. Good amount of parking. People in town were friendly and helpful. Negative: Good amount of parking spots, but lot was narrow from bigger vehicles. More for compact vehicles. No "do not disturb" sign in room. Key card keeps deactivating daily. AC kept switching to heat mode.

The motel is in a great location, but needs some work. This was my 2nd time staying here, with the last visit about 7 years ago. The rooms have been updated, but overall it is an old motel that needs updating. It is clean and adequate. It has a laundry room, but the staff at the front desk recommended using the laundry mat across the street due to the motel's machines frequently locking up. The parking lot is small with tiny/narrow spaces. It is tough for a bigger vehicles to get out when the lot is full. The hotel breakfast doesn't start until after 8 am, so I could not use it as that is too late to leave the motel for an early start to visit Zion.

Positive: Proximity to Zion National Park. Beautiful view. Willingness of staff to get us a different room after an already late check in and our heat didn¿t work. Negative: Grab and go breakfast had microwave burritos so we had to wait for 8 people to use the microwave. Also, their hours didn¿t sync with the Zion shuttle hours very well.
