Ordered 2 hours prior to close. Order was never delivered. After attempting to call multiple times the only time they finally picked up was to hang up immediately. I was never contacted and my order was never canceled. I had to contact corporate to request a refund and my order is still showing online as in the process of being made

The staff at this location needs proper training. I purchased 2 pans of chicken alfredo and a stuffed crust pizza. The alfredo had little sauce and noodles were very dry and crunchy. Both pans of pasta were not edible and were half filled. I paid $40 for this order only to be able to not eat half of it. The kid working didn't want to remake the order. He took both pans of pasta to the back and drizzled sauce over them. This type of customer service is absolutely unacceptable!
