We had a club sandwich and southwestern chicken. Also had a cup of tortilla soup. All was great including the soda machine. Drinks mixed well, not to sweet. The staff was very helpful.

The food here is always delicious. The gentleman that took our order was extremely friendly and had such a wonderful disposition. To the point it was infectious. We couldn't help but walk away in a good mood.the store was quite clean.

How many bad reviews do these places receive before management (Darren) is changed? Oak Ridge is terrible, bunch of young staff standing around twiddling thumbs while dining room is waiting for food. Get NEW staff and management or close the restaurant!!!! Darren, I ordered food online Sunday evening and it took your staff 20 extra minutes to make a sandwich and salad....did your staff explain what was going on or offer a free drink? NO, because they are poorly managed....WAKE UP AND LET SOMEONE ELSE TAKE OVER WHO CAN HANDLE THIS JOB!!!! The chicken salad was missing the chicken and no plastic ware in the bag!!

Yummy food. The food and service is consistently good for I come here. It was very busy but the staff was great. They said it would take 30 min to get food but we got ours quicker than that.
