Yes, Deborah. It is a wonderful service. Raul, like Deborah was saying, first do a Library Search to see if they have it. If they do, Place Hold is one of the option buttons that come up. Then you'll be asked which branch you want to pick up from, then click Place Hold and it'll let you know if you're successful.
You pull up the book you want to reserve...and to the right there are different options to hold , etc. If you are having a difficult time then make an appt to sit down with the library tech person and they will show you everything about the website yo get optimal online service. It's a great convenience and the staff is great.
