I usually love Target but the Port Saint Lucie store is poorly stocked, several departments are sloppy. The staff at this location are hit or miss. This last week a cashier assisting at shelf checkout yelled repeatedly (4 times) at woman to wait for her, the woman was waiting, she just moved a box in her cart so she could read the side of it. it was just ridiculous. It made me uncomfortable and at one point I thoughts she was yelling at me. I will say some of the redesign looks good. There was one gentleman in customer service I observed and he’s seemed helpful. The home accessories still seem to be of reasonable quality but household supplies are lacking for the price point. I do not regularly shop at Walmart either as some may think, I do shop at a couple of other Targets, Homegoods occasionally and online. I wish this store was more consistent in service standards and more respectful staff like the other stores in Jensen and Lake Park

This location needs to have more African-American representation in its product lines. There is a heavy customer base of African-Americans that frequent this particular location. Therefore, our product lines from clothing to food items should be readily available to us without an inquiry for special order or asking for assistance to locate them only to be told that you don't carry them. It is very disheartening to hear such a response time and time again; product after product; season after season. Target, please get it right and make it happen ethically at ALL locations!! I love the items at Target but the employees just do not care. It seems to be part of Target culture. It’s not just location based it every Target I have been. No care for customer service. Employees seem to be unapproachable, uncaring & unaware. They do not make eye contact. They do not let you thru an aisle if they are restocking or working in that aisle. They do not greet you at the register not thank you after the purchase.
