I just saw EWF on July 31. It poured down raining but the show went on as scheduled.

I think it really depends upon the crowd and the comfort of the performers. If it's lightning, it definitely will not continue. If it's just rain, it will likely continue. If it's dangerous in any way, it will probably stop.
