This place is a terrible place to live because of Management 1. Mold issue around window in bedroom apartment #137 and some around living room window also not taken care of by professional and refused to complete the clean up said it would just come back for I to clean window sell daily if needed Because I had signed a mold form at time of lease agreement. I ended up getting mold toxicity due to unprofessional clean up. 2. Wilma Williams Harris yells at everyone when you bring up something they do not want to fix 3. Maintenance person Ronnie is not very intelligent and does not respect himself 4. When I asked to be notified about things that cause health concerns for myself they don’t care 5. Lobby has had feces left for residents to clean up residents are afraid to call maintenance to do their job because maintenance will ask residence to do it 6. Gossip is started by Manager Wilma very unprofessional 7. The laundry room is filthy behind washers and especially dryers very hazardous I called laundry carrier about it and they said it was managements responsibility and I emailed pictures and asked for cleaning to take place and it still looks the same no one cleaned it 8. My Tempur Pedic mattress was damaged by mold exposure due to condensation this apartment created I had purchased dehumidifier , fan heater and used my nice air purifier and still the condensation was uncontrollable Management said it was due to the location of window. I had building inspector come and check out window and she asked manager Wilma Williams Harris to replace window and Managers response was it would cause the same problem 9. If you live in this apartment the person above on second floor is very loud and management does nothing about it asked me to go upstairs and let him know about the noise I finally did and he said he was not home and was I sure it was him that maybe it was the person above on third floor 10. This place is not very old and really has been neglected so to keep a healthy environment for seniors and the handicapped and others regardless of income this need not take place any where and the excuse that this is Virginia is a sorry excuse. 11. Now I am homeless due to this happening my health was at risk and I was told by doctors and others to leave because they where not going to fix the problem. One more and last thing I had to call the police on manager Wilma Williams Harris because she made it difficult for me to access doors for moving out belonging I asked for her to move staffs vehicle to access door she said no to go around car to get to door I let her know I did not want to maybe hit car with moving truck and she just yelled and said I better not so I called the police and before they got there because she heard me calling them she moved the vehicle the police asked her to stay clear both of us where asked due to that we where unable to move till next day and she left a bill for the whole month of March with late fee and so on if that’s not bad I hate to see bad I reminded her about my doctors letter and she changed it to an extra day and a late fee she herself caused to happen if she was only civil with us and not create chaos which when you have mold toxicity as I have it is difficult to deal with someone so hateful and miserable.. If anyone wants confirmation about this happening just look me up. God bless you all I hope a new manager comes and cleans up the place
