Why the name change at this location in North Miami Beach

It’s the same family. Cao is actually their last name. Just a happy accident that it fit in with the Cuban American Original thing. These locations are more than just bakeries, they offer more things like pan con bisté, etc. Plus you have all the wannabe Vicky’s i.e. Viki & Bicky, they wanted to distinguish themselves.

I believe CAO is purchasing Vicky Bakery locations. Website says they're a "Vicky Bakery inspired" concept, but not that they are the same.

I really don't know why. but they did the same with the one in South Beach also...
