We order an Ultimate 35 pool and the ETA was late October early November. How do we know for sure if the pool is even in production? The ETA keeps changing...I understand COVID hit the industry. But we should get a solid reponse.

We are in the same boat and we put our deposit down last August. We where told when asking that there was no way to find that information out. We are beginning to think it won't be this summer at all. Which if this is the case we may just cancel and look into other possibly more local as the logistics of getting the pool to Southern Ontario can't be helping.

To answer your question fully, the demand for swimming pools this summer has been tremendous and, manufacturers' capacity has hit its limit a number of times. However, we are doing our best to meet this demand which has included us purchasing a facility in Marion, SC. This plant is already making pools which has helped us reduce waiting times for a number of families. Please know that our goal is to help your family enjoy your well-deserved Life of Leisure and we want to be able to do this, working with your installer/ dealer.
