Having trouble with the installation of my leisure pool by a factory dealer. I continue to leave messages to leisure pools executives, but they ignore my calls. BBB complaint and lawsuit will probably follow. Update: The response below is hard to believe. Last week I left two messages to Adam prior to their response. I also left a message to the National Sales Manager, no response. I have told their dealer to stop work and am looking into other avenues. No help from Leisure at this point.

Yes, this is true unfortunately. I repair the swimming pools that come out of production if they need it and I asked one of my supervisors to double-check for you. (It is one of the prettiest colors that I work with, by the way.) Sorry for the inconvenience!
They have no standards for their so called dealers. Totally out of level & several voids underneath the shallow end which is ruining our pool shell. Leisure has refused to help for nearly 3 years now.
We are in the same boat and we put our deposit down last August. We where told when asking that there was no way to find that information out. We are beginning to think it won't be this summer at all. Which if this is the case we may just cancel and look into other possibly more local as the logistics of getting the pool to Southern Ontario can't be helping.
