I turned my 2006 Honda Accord into this dealership and they didn't do their paperwork. I have gotten recall notices for 10 years on this vehicle that I don't have. Why can't these people do their job? Don't buy a car from them!

If you got a Recall letter I would think any Honda Dealership should honor it. My hubby and I have owned Honda's forever, and we even own Honda motorcycles, we have never had any problems with the dealership in Cocoa, but that doesn't mean anyone else wouldn't.

If you turned the car in for service and they do the service thats good . If their is recalling ir and ask you to bring it in to takw care of the factory Problems thats totally different and they should be taken care of that as directed from the people That sent you a letter in the mail stating to you Were to take it .

I would talk to the CE0 about the service Dept. At your Honda dealership
