I would not purchase a home from them. The sales team is great and nice people. However, the follow-up after move-in is horrible and they are not responsive in a timely manner. We have been here for 2 years and still trying to get items fixed in our home. The area is PERFECT! The schools are GREAT! DiVosta/Pulte do not follow through their promises.

I would gladly buy a home here again. But I would advise a prospective buyer to make sure that everything from the initial walk-thru is taken care of before closing. After closing a different team takes over and is not vey quick to close any issues. That being said, the homes are well buit and energy efficient with high quality materials and professional workmanship. I have no complants about the homes but I wish they had a little more open recreational areas available.
We purchased our home in this community, after a long search and we are not disappointed, actually we are so happy we made that decision. Our experience with the sales team was wonderful, and living here, the team continued to be exceptional. They were quick with answers and addressed our problems quickly, same day even.
