Can't speak to their work. I'm sure it's fine based on reviews. But if you have a warranty claim through Bissell do not bring it here and pay them $30. The fix should be free of charge as repeated multiple times by Bissell on the phone. I asked the person who speaks for the policy of charging people $30 for warrantied products and he said quote "What Bissell pays me is so little it's not worth talking to you on the phone". That may be true but then maybe you should just dissolve whatever contract you have with Bissell rather than ripping people off for $30 they were told they had to pay. A bit sleazy **In response to owner's reply** It's extremely likely that participation in Bissell's warranty program is a contingency of carrying their products. What you're doing is dishonest and your explanation BS. People looking to have warranties filled should just bring it to one of the other local shops who supply and repair Bissell and aren't gouging customers.

The owner took care of me and I loved how he treated me, he explained the process very well and above all I liked the experience he has ..

I’ve been dealing with Jeff for over 15 years but who’s counting - he’s the best - he’s a magician with the machines and very fair!

Basic service on your macine starts at $98.00. We take a $30.00 diagnostic fee and check it out then call with the complete estamite. The $30.00 applies to the repair. Our new machines start at $199.00.
Hi, Thanks for contacting The Factory Sew-Vac. We do not take consignments. We can sell you our products We do repair all makes and models in sewing machines and vacuums. We will take a sewing machine for an upgrade on another machine. I do not know of anyone... we suggest E-bay, or Letgo, or craigslist...etc Good luck! Christe Momot, Co-Owner The Factory Sew-Vac
There are not a lot of parts available for steamers. They normally stop working due to hard water build up within the steam boiler tank that then start to clog the delivery lines. We have had little success in repairing them, however we can try. What you can try is taking a large paper clip, straighten it out. remove the head, (nozzle) of the steamer and push the paper clip into the nipple that the steam comes out of. This works best when the steamer is plugged and ready to go. If you attempt to do this make sure your hand is out of the way as you squeeze the steam trigger because it can seriously burn your hand. This may also be described in your owners manual. Thanks for contacting The Factory.
Thank you for contacting The Factory Sew-Vac. I am sorry we do not pick up and deliver. We are a mom and pop shop and we are the only two people in the shop. We do not have enough man power to go out and pick up machines and deliver them. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you can get the machine over here, We will have someone take it out of the car for you. Any day except Thursday and Sunday. My husband is off on Thursday, and we are closed on Sunday. Again, thanks for contacting the factory.
We sell Singer and Husqvarna Viking sewing machines. We also have a few used ones. We suggest you come in and check out what we have. We can tell you about them and demonstrate them for you. We also service/repair sewing machines and vacuums. All makes and models. Come check us out. It would be our pleasure to demonstrate.
This sounds like an electronic issue and few if any parts are left for this type of machine. I would bring it in and let us look at it, I may have a used one that could be used for parts if that appeals to you otherwise you can trade it in on a new one. Thanks for contacting the Factory Sew-Vac.
Not really, most customer looking for a vacuum are not looking for a used one, plus we take trade-ins so we always have a selection of used vacuums.
